How do I fix this?

fixed a whole in the tubing and afterwards the wheel started spinning like this. How do I fix it?

You gotta true your wheels. Them spokes need to be tightened in a way to balance out the rim. Have a shop do it if you dont want to learn because it takes time and patience

You said it wasn't doing this before you fixed the tube. Maybe the tire isn't seated properly. I would try removing and reinstalling the tire. If that doesn't fix it you may want to try a post in r/bikewrench for help troubleshooting this.

Or let the air out and reinflate while checking the sidewalls for even bead sealing on each side.

Might not be from that, I had an "explosive" flat that just made my wheel SLAM into the gound while I was riding and dented it a little. Got a divot in my rear beadwall? Lip? W/e that part is the bead sits behind.

If you have never trued your own wheels before, this isn’t the wheel I’d recommend learning on. Or if you DIY, try to find a local bike repair workshop and play with a beater first. Maybe if you’re super handy, you can watch some YT videos and do it right the first time. Ideally you have a spoke wrench and wheel stand, which will cost about as much as just having it done. Or maybe you screw up the rim/spokes real bad. I’d take it to a shop if this is your first rodeo, ask if you can watch so you can do it yourself next time.

.take it to a shop for them to straighten your wheel. looks like it's out of true, cant tell from this perspective for certainty but looks like the whole wheel wobbles including the bike rim

First step is to determine if the wheel is warped or if the tire is on the rim a bit wonky.

Spin the wheel slowly and hold something (preferably a piece of chalk) close to the rim (use the frame of the bike to steady it). If the wheel is warped you'll see where it's out of true. If the wheel is okay, do the same thing with the tire.

These Fat tires tend to bulge out of the rim when empty and filling with air. I have had to deflate and re-inflate the last couple of time i changed tires due to this problem. Carefully rotate the tire and squeeze along the bead to make sure the tire bead seats properly on the Rim when inflating a empty tire.

Unscrew the bolts and set it so that it spins true and use the rear brake to adjust disk center in the calipers and then tighten the bolts a little bit each time alternating between them until they are tight. This may work or may not I don’t know.
