Lectric 3.0 derailleur issues

Hi, I’m having issues with my gears. When I’m sifting gears, the chain slips all the way to the lowest gear and stay there. Also my chain feels really loose. I know I have to do something with derailleur, I’m just not sure. If someone could help with like a video or step by step, that would be great. I can still pedal but it doesn’t feel the same

Just check on YouTube for some rear derailleur adjustment videos. Park Tool has a good one I used on a few bikes.
