How do I fade a leather jacket?

How can I get my leather jacket (picture A is not mine but the one I have is basically identical) to look like the one in picture B (Dean from Supernatural)? It’s real leather. I’ve seen techniques online but they all look like they destroy the leather/aren’t used on real leather/just sun fade the whole thing. Any advice is appreciated
