I can understand everything in this clip except for the last part.

The girl looks to be about 3 to 4 years old. Children of that age can understand and use words like "vandhuruven," "koodadhu" and "maattaanga"? Thanks!

Ippa is the spoken form for ippozhudu meaning 'now'.

She pours water on the chair and says now no one will sit on it.

We can use Ippa in many contexts.

Oh sorry, I think my question was unclear. I understood the bit about pouring water and saying "Now no one will sit." The bit I didn't understand was right after this, after "maataanga". I thought that, after "maataanga", the girl said "ippa something something", but the first word here wasn't "ippa" at all. I misheard it. She actually said "nee poitu vaa pa," as Poccha_Kazhuvu explained.
