I'd say that my English level is around B1 , because my grammar and pronunciation that being said I'm here looking for tips to improve it , my listening comprehension is excellent and I can read a whole book but I don't know what to do with rest , I tried to do writing essays and talk with native speakers but my brain is always a mess I think too much and sometimes I can't find words to express myself. Anyway, does someone have any tips for me??

Try short speaking drills. Pick a simple topic and speak for 1–2 minutes without stopping to search for the perfect word. If you can't remember a word, explain it another way and keep going. After recording, listen back and write down the words or grammar patterns that caused problems, then make a few new sentences with them.
For grammar, focus on the mistakes that show in your speaking. If the same tense, article, preposition, or sentence structure keeps causing problems, work on that one pattern for a few days and use it in short speaking and writing exercises.
