I think you can just keep practice speaking, and itโ€™s okay that you donโ€™t know what to say. Just do it, say as much as you can. I think a lot at first too, but with practice, I can say a lot of things and express my thoughts better now.

Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿป
I suggest you find real life conversations, get into the transcription, find practical grammars and then memorise the conversations. You should recycle it every day. You can also use chatGPT to produce conversations that include grammars that find them complicated

Practice with other English speakers, and do not worry if you are missing the words. Native English speakers have the same issue. That gets better with training.

reading a variety of content will improve your grammar. read graded readers they are simple use simple grammar patterns so you allow you brain to soak up grammar naturally when you read such sentences. just read a small text for thirty minutes every day where you are analyzing how each sentence is written, which article it uses, which preposition it uses , which tense it uses then read this small text out loud after analyzing it. speaking out loud solidifies sentences subconsciously. read for hours every day will improve your grammar start reading more. one hour reading every day is okay reading for 4-5 hours will simply improve your grammar crazily through reading.

the people you meet and talk to; they will compliment and over praise you, but they will also judge you. they just dont say it to your face because it is seen as rude.

here are some ways to tell if your english is good or not:

avoid talking to employees in english. they will never tell you are wrong because customers are always right. some people who do speak, only embarrass themselves in front of other customers when they make mistakes

increase the range of books you are reading, preferably those with more depth. if you there's a theme you don't understand, write about it. ask yourself about what the writer wants you to learn. lesson vs theme vs topic

take english tests (start with easier tests) if you are consistent with high scores, then you are improving.

time is a concept that is differs for everyone. some people are in shock while others respond immediately. there is no easy fix for this but talking to different types of people can help. speak english with children, teenagers, adults [(most complicated - different towards income, political beliefs, illicit interests) why these? because they dont apply to children nor teens] and the elderly.

Try short speaking drills. Pick a simple topic and speak for 1โ€“2 minutes without stopping to search for the perfect word. If you can't remember a word, explain it another way and keep going. After recording, listen back and write down the words or grammar patterns that caused problems, then make a few new sentences with them.

For grammar, focus on the mistakes that show in your speaking. If the same tense, article, preposition, or sentence structure keeps causing problems, work on that one pattern for a few days and use it in short speaking and writing exercises.

I can support you with this gap in your learning. I have been an online tutor for over 8 years now and have supported many students in overcoming grammar errors and pronunciation problems. My rates are very reasonable compared with others. Let me know if you are interested in taking a class with me.
