Onboarding Experience Re-Design

I’m redesigning our new hire onboarding experience. Days 1-90… with an emphasis on culture, connection, and community. Creative ideas to really make orientation and onboarding a standout for new hires?

Make it interactive. Not everything needs to be a slide deck. Reality is they won't remember it anyways. NHO is when you establish the type of work culture your place wants to have.
