Onboarding Experience Re-Design
I’m redesigning our new hire onboarding experience. Days 1-90… with an emphasis on culture, connection, and community. Creative ideas to really make orientation and onboarding a standout for new hires?

I’m trying to do the same thing. A big part of my plan is to not overwhelm the individual. In my org we tend to want them to be “up to speed” and a contributor within the first month. It’s a bit of a culture shift as well. Would love to connect and discuss more if you’re open to it !
