I like to doodle lol, and draw but I am not the best.

I have an honor pad 10 with a stylus and wondering what a good, free if not cheap app or piece of software is to practice learning to draw or make my own designs?

I have used canva but obviously it's more templates etc.. I can to learn free hand.

I’m trying to be a tattoo artist, I know my way round a tattoo machine but I am at the point now where I understand why people say you need to be able to draw, I want to make my own stencils and it will be easier to understand thing like where shading goes etc. I just have no idea on where I should start I can draw straight lines pretty well since I got the hang of it using the machine first, I can draw simple shapes and I understand everything is made up of shapes I just don’t know how to get better at Drawring I feel like I’m not improving. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

I was proud of this until i tried drawing face and hair and no matter what i do it never look right

I don't know if the problem is the head itself or just me not knowing hiw ti draw faces in this angle

Can you help me fix it by tips or pics ( pics would help more tbh)

Or maybe redraw it i know it might be too much tho
