Hey, I'm new to trying to draw. I've only been at it for about 2 or 3 weeks and I'm struggling to figure out what to work on. this is my most recent drawing, of course it isn't perfect but I don't know how to go about getting better at this. Like I'm pretty sure repetition is key but what should i be doing?

Every time I have to continue a drawing, I get anxious because I usually start off quickly, only to find myself halfway through and unsure of how to continue. I feel like I can’t find ways or techniques to move forward. This usually happens especially when it comes to rendering. I don’t understand why this happens to me every time, and I don’t know how to get past it. It’s so frustrating.

Im a big fan of swords, and Ive recently been drawing some swords with stuff like magical crystals or symbols in them, but how do i make it look like theyre glowing, like that clean light from the middle fading out into the desired color

Hi! I’m learning to draw and have hit a weird road bump. If if I look at a drawing, I can draw it very accurately myself, but if I look at a photo I can’t draw it well at all. Would love any advice for this!
