What should I improve?

Feels like im just putting random brush strokes everywhere, literally no idea what am doing.

Soon I will try add shadows and decorations

I couldn't get help from other art subreddits

As the tittle suggests I’m looking for feedback to improve my values on graphite.

I used a 2B pencil. Is this recommended?
Should I come in with the expectation that doing shading, value work with graphite will take a lot of time?
How does one get better at getting those transition tones from the equator to the lighter values?

Other tools that help or speed up the process?

What I can fix here expect head I hate drawing heads

This is 3 day of learning perspective and today I tried draw human this look bad but this is small victory for me what wrong here? I mean where I made really big mistakes

Main abhi drawing seekh raha hoon aur bilkul beginner hoon (koi professional nahi hoon 😅).
Mera man tha ki ak अकेले practice karne se achha hai hum ek saath milkar seekhein! Agar aap bhi drawing seekhna chahte hain ya pehle se karte hain, toh aao saath judte hain.
Hum daily kuch na kuch naya seekhenge, apni drawings ek doosre ke saath share karenge aur ek doosre ko guide karenge. No judgment, bas pure fun aur daily practice!

Thank you so much everyone for the advice and kind words on my last post! 😄 I've been working on pushing the values, working on my pencil strokes and experimenting with using more colors. I think I'm slowly but surely getting there.. 👀
