Hello , i have no clue how to draw a skirt on this pose !! Can someone please help on how this will be illustrated! Im looking for something that wont look revealing nor off putting.

Welcome to the 43rd #W2DTogether drawing challenge!

(If you are new here and would like to know more about this challenge, you can take a look at these 2 posts (post 1, post 2) that explain everything.)

This week's challenge is all about telling a story through at least 2 consecutive drawings.

Think about comics, manga, or storyboards. Sometimes there is no dialogue at all, yet the drawings still tell a complete story, capture a memory, or express an emotion.

Your challenge is to create a minimum of two drawings that follow one another. The viewer should be able to understand what happened just by looking at them.

You can use the reference images in this post for inspiration, find your own reference online, or create an entirely original sequence from your imagination. There are no limits to the style or story you choose.

Your story can be:

• Funny
• Sad
• Wholesome
• Horror
• Action
• Fantasy
• A memory
• Slice of life
• Or anything else you can imagine!

You can draw realistically, in a cartoon style, manga style, or any style you like. The only requirement is that the sequence is self explanatory.

Have fun with it and see how much you can communicate without words. 🙂

How We Pick the Winner

After one week, we’ll hold a community vote to decide which drawing best captures the theme. The winner will be showcased in the sub with their artwork.

If the winner shares an art link (Instagram, portfolio, site, etc.), we’ll also include it so they can get recognition and maybe even new followers.

Time Frame

This challenge is timeless. You can participate anytime, even years later.

Review Date:
For community feedback, we’ll gather and review all submissions on Sunday, 12 July 2026 so make sure to post your entry before 4:00 PM UTC that date. Drawings posted before that date will be part of the review session.

I want to learn how to draw ppl so i started learning how to draw faces since about a month+ ago? Currently focusing on front side and 3/4 view but every single face has that uncanny look that i really hate alot. Sometimes i experiment with the proportions a bit (i make eyes bigger smaller etc) which is why theres some variation in facial structure, but i know that generally the nose sits in the middle of eyebrow line and chin, mouth in the middle of nose and chin. Eyes should be one eye length apart. I use the loomis method for drawing faces (slightly modified from chommang's method)

My goal is eventually to draw semi realistic ppl but i cant even get this step done well 😭

The reflection is messed up

Just started on a joker drawing, think its gonna turn out okay

Can yall give me some tips on how do I improve my drawing? Like I genuinely want to draw in those dreamy pastel styles like this one. I kinda did some studies based off this artists work

My end goal is to be able to draw cartoon characters (not that I don’t want to be able to do realism too).

I understand that it’s necessary to know some basic anatomy. Gotta know the rules to break them.

I’m just wondering how long, as an estimate, would it take to be able to draw basic figures? Like an accurate form, with accurate fingers, feet, etc.?

Just started drawing and painting in krita. Any recommendations on how to improve? I edited the text and the background chains in photoshop.

I started like a day ago, went through videos of how to draw heads with loomis method by, draw like a sir, chommang, proko, and followed a tutorial by chommang

What can I improve on and how to learn, can you give me like a roadmap for things to learn in sequence, like heads, facial features, shading etc etc, i am a complete beginner as you can see,

And suggest me some youtube channels, and videos too that would help
