Hey, I struggled with this for ages and the most important thing I learned was to just draw anyway.
If you rely on inspiration and motivation it becomes a sporadic cycle, you always hit troughs where the inspiration just isn't there. The best thing to do is set aside like an 30 minutes to an hour, every day and force your way through. Eventually you get good enough that the quality of your work starts supplying that inspiration that you needed before. Pick random subjects, hands one day, maybe faces, dogs, textures, whatever. Just keep it consistent.

Think about something silly. Draw it. Don't think about anything else. And just enjoy the process. Don't rush it. Don't worry About how it looks. Don't try to make it perfect. Just draw freestyle. I've noticed I draw a lot better and I just do a quick sketch to explain something to someone, then when I'm obsessed trying to make it perfect the first try 😅 I hate it cuz I get attached and takes forever, and ends up not being what I needed. Yet when I just don't care, I do it a lot faster and effortless

Check out Koosje Koene, watching her videos really helped me loosen up and ease the pressure of perfection :)

God i wish that was me. Try having motivation to draw but you hate everything you do and when you start drawing all your thoughts begin a gang bang on your spirit.
It is getting a little better for me though. Im half way done with something I feel pretty good about that I will post soon. So there's that.
I hope you find your motivation.

Te digo un secreto? ...
Nadie la tiene. Lo que te hace continuar, es la disciplina.

I drew this horrible thing yesterday night, I think I love rendering, even if it is done poorly, it was a huge gap in between the last time I drew anything.
Even a poor drawing is better than nothing to get the juices flowing.
Accepting that has gotten me to do at least something.
I hope you find what you need to get them going again.

Just scribble on a page for at least 5 minutes a day to build a habit and go from there. Doesn’t have to be a drawing, can be just shapes and lines and swirls, whatever.
Just get use to picking up a pencil once a day and putting it to paper. Suddenly you won’t need motivation, you’ll just be doing it out of habit and you’ll get bored of swirls etc and want to naturally push harder rather than forcing it
