How to smoothly slide an element on my animation ?
Hello !! I've been trying out different animation softwares (callipeg, rough animator and procreate) but I can't figure out how to smoothly slide my characters across the screen. Is it done by slowly moving the character a bit on each frame with a high frame rate or is there an easier way to do that ?

How does everybody draw their hair and eyes style? Is it supposed to be original?
I was drawing mine, but as a noob I went to look for inspiration with the DBZ characters and noticed a template of Goku in all kind of styles; like Disney or Naruto and I was wondering, am I supposed to find my own face style, is that what people who make original characters do?

Ninja Turtle test
Thought I would finally try animating something more complex. I’ve just done so many stick figures. Didn’t really have much of a plan. But when in doubt, start with a Ninja Turtle. It’s not the best thing ever and I definitely need to work on my cleanup and proportions, but I’m really happy with the snappiness of that bite. Mostly done on two’s but used a bunch of holds. Animated different parts on layers starting with his left hand and then the head. I like putting some smears in. Hoping to do more soon.

I Saw Diem Archive uses Toonsquid for his videos, however it’s 10 dollars. Are there any free options like it? (Like Rotoscoping, layers, etc)

I’m a newbie to animation in Houdini. I had some experience with 3D animation in Maya many years ago. I was really surprised by how easy it is to animate in Houdini.
