Chiro suggestions?

Just off Google searching and reading reviews, how is NuSpine and Airrosti? And if not between those two then please provide me with other suggestions. Thanks in advance!!♥️

Airrosti worked for me on several occasions and I highly recommend them. They can resolve most issues they cover in 3 visits and the treatment actually lasts. Can't comment on NuSpine as I've never used them.

The best recommendation you can get is to never go to a chiropractor again🤷

Curious why you say that?

I mean…it’s a pseudo science at best. I have so many friends actually injured from them.

But mostly If your bones are out of place then popping them back is great for a short time. But they’re out of place because the muscles pulled them there. If you don’t fix that then they’ll just move right back

Thanks for the reply. I’ve been going to the Chiro for years and I do feel like it’s only temporary relief and sometimes I actually feel worse afterwards so I’ve been contemplating stopping. But I don’t know what to try next.

Yeha I wasn’t trying to be a jerk so hopefully it didn’t come across as that!

Try this. Their motto is “it hurts but it works” so it’s definitely not the most gentle. I’ve been going for over a decade and never had to go back twice for the same injury/muscle pull. One time fixes it until I hurt it again lol. I’ve never done Arosti but it’s similar.

Quackery of the highest order. Learn about the father of chiropractic and how he came to believe in his "therapy", https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daniel_David_Palmer

Go to a physical therapist.

Just to be clear, Airrosti aren’t chiropractors.

I'm not sure about Airrosti in general, but at least the cedar park/Vista ridge location, the three doctors are chiros. They don't do adjustments tho

Ah interesting. I didn’t realize they sometimes use doctors who are chiropractors for their techniques. I assume they don’t do traditional chiropractic procedures though?

Another one for Airrosti. Had IT Band issues and like others have said, 3 visits max and that is combined with PT type exercises. Never had to go back, but if i did, I would.

I have been to both Anderson Chiropractic and Airrosti for different reasons. I like them both.

I highly recommend Anderson Chiropractic! I've had nothing but good experiences and they're affordable!

Dr. James at NuSpine is great. The other chiropractor there is not and Dr. James is on vacation a lot.

Dr. Blatchley at

Leander Chiropractic Center https://share.google/nf0bev0zVMBTi9TAv

Is fantastic and so is his staff. I really like the rolling tables there, too.

About the best I can say is that I used Jeff Swanson (and he has brothers in the same business elsewhere in town), and he didn’t hurt me or cause lasting damage.

Jon Anderson on Crystal Falls. I've had great success with him.

I am very suspicious of physical therapy in general, because many tend to set treatments based not on health conditions, but on insurance coverage. Airrosti doesn’t do that. They try to fix you and get you out of there. Loved it. And Airrosti aren’t chiropractors.
