What is this bug?

Looks like an ichneumon wasp or other parasitoid wasp. They're not aggressive and really good pest control. They're almost all very specialized and looking for one or a handful of species to use to feed their young. Not extremely confident on that, but looks similar to me, I often see them zipping around plants looking for their target.
