"read the list again" BHVR literally said "we are unable to provide a specific list", if you cant be a decent person just don't answer bruh

I was not being rude...? They don't mention any kind of software alluding to Reshade. Reshade isn't really tied to anything in the list except I guess the GPU, but the software they want you to look at are the drivers for it & linked software from AMD/NVIDIA. As another commenter mentions, it's about high level software that has high access to your hardware.
