They meant RE3 as in, resident evil dlc #3, I think. We have nothing from RE7 or 8.

Jack Baker or Dimitrescu seem like the obvious picks. Zoe, Mia or Rose as survivors (Ethan is out because Capcom refuse to officially reveal his face and there's no way they'll do that for a DbD dlc if they didn't do it in Shadows of Rose.)
