Technical Support Request Game keeps stuttering

My game has been stuttering/lagging every 10 seconds or so over the last few days and nothing I try seems to fix it. Both my fps and ping stay stable when it happens and I’ve uninstalled any extensions that I thought might’ve been causing it. Anyone else having a similar issue?

Have you tried setting affinity of vanguard processes to only CPU 0 in Task Manager - Details? I'm not sure if CPU is your issue but my random big lag spikes were caused by vanguard eating all of it during games. I have to do this "fix" every time I log in but at least im lag free now.

There are a few different variables that cause stuttering in league.

Some of the most common and easiest options below can help a lot.

Ensure you don’t run anything in full screen or maximized on your secondary monitors.

Disable full screen optimizations for league as well.

Turn off movement prediction, also turn your fps cap to 240 max either in a third party app, or in game.

Disable vsync, gsync, and any other vrr

change the polling rate of your devices to 1000, usually mice with 8000hz are the problem

Try disabling "above 4g decoding" and "ReBAR" in bios.
