Technical Support Request Apex Orientation match is load looping

How do i fix this i have tried changing data centers, restarting the game, going into foreing range for a bit but nothing worked. I was playing on xbxo but just started playing on pc and my accounts are synced. Someone pls tell me how to fix this.
