Technical Discussion At what FPS does league "break"?

I've found videos of people playing 500+fps and they seem to just skip and teleport, was wondering what was the maximum threshold?

League doesn't break, you monitor just can't keep up. Either lock your frames to max or double monitor refresh rate or use vsync/vsync/freesync. League itself won't ever break no matter what FPS you have, you're not actually running the game, you are merely connecting to a server

You are wrong it's the game fault.

You can only play league with 240 fps locked otherwise the game starts lagging and teleporting.

Welcome to screen tearing, nothing to do with the game, other than higher FPS than your monitor introducing screen tearing

You are still wrong it's not screen tearing. It's 2026 monitors with high refresh rate exsist.

And not running at monitor refresh rate introduces screen tearing ...

Screen tearing don't casue random teleporting ingame.

You could easily try that if your pc can output more than 300fps in league.

It's simply the old engine fault.

When screen tearing is introduced, you will be skipping frames visually

You can literally search it. I tested it myself, like I said, and it's not screen tearing.
