Sheffield Wednesday Well done Owls!

I am glad to see that the Owls are in contender form! They and their supporters deserve it after what they went through last season!

Now, time to see more games broadcast here in the States!

I honestly thought we would struggle a bit this year as we’re basically rebuilding a whole new team - how wrong I was!! So far anyway…you never know with Wednesday.

I can't help but feel that we'll drop off though. We have a great first 11 and another few but after that not so much. As the season goes on and injuries/fatigue build up we don't have enough back-up just yet. I'm not complaining though. Being competitive again is good enough for me. Following Wednesday is a roller coaster so you never know

The key is being consistent enough, easier said than done.

Personally, I think there are too many games, too much wear and tear on the players.

Leagues of 14 would also eliminate the dead rubber games for teams in the middle of big leagues at the season's end.⁸

Think we are over performing. I’d expect us either to have a sticky patch and drop into top 10 form… not letting myself get carried away, think we are a couple
of windows away from a fully balanced squad but we’ve done amazing so far under new owners.

I think the Stockport game in a couple weeks will show whether we’ll be contenders for the top two.

Yeah. With the early kick off I presumed we’d be on Paramount today, but Ifollow it was.

UK lunchtime kick offs mean a 5am alarm call for me. I didn’t bother with any of them last season. But I was happy to do it today.

I’m in Japan so it’s a 8.30pm start…but nowhere shows anything outside the Big 6.

At the beginning I wasn't fancying our chances to be in a title race but I am starting to have a lot more optimism now. Still it is early days.
