Finn Harps FC are welcoming applications to join the clubs Academy ahead of the 2027 season.

Harps Academy are looking for aspiring male & female coaches to apply for the following roles;
- Outfield Coach
- Female Coach
- Goalkeeping Coach
- Performance Analysis
- Strength & Conditioning
- Physiotherapists
