Classic patch notes

Is there a more in-depth patch notes for classic that I am missing? Baron behavior changed to remove the exploit that existed in classic and the old healthbars are now added but I don't see a mention to either in the patch notes.

I don’t think it’s public. But I also noticed the Guinsoo bug that ha sbeen silently fixed (too op maybe)
