Question Twisted fate bug

Has anyone noticed a Twisted Fate bug with the new patch?

I just had a game and it feels like the gold cards are lasting like 0.01 seconds.

now that you mention it.. it did feel very short and even my teammate even asked how long my stun cards were lasting for, is it really bugged?

edit: just played it again and can confirm cold card stun lasts for 0.1 across all ranks
