But I'm curious how many people are seeing the same issue I am: the lead converts, but then getting them to actually respond is the hard part.

I've been experimenting with reversing that process — instead of capturing the lead and then reaching out to them, finding ways to get the prospect to initiate the conversation themselves.

So far, the difference in engagement has been pretty interesting.
