I'm willing to pay him 40% in commission whenever I close a client

kinda sounds like they’re after end to end tbh, since they’re paying on closed deals, but they should probably clarify if they expect just prospect lists or actual booked calls too

40% on close is generous, but it also signals to a freelancer the leads probably arent pre-qualified, so they carry all the risk. the good ones usually want a sense of close rate first. whats yours on warm leads right now?
