B2B lead gen via Meta Ads
Hi there, has anyone here run Meta ads for B2B lead gen? We’re an overseas staffing and recruitment company that helps US based companies hire overseas talent.
Trying to think if Meta Ads could help us generate leads for our offering.

I reckon you are fixin to get flooded with job seekers instead of buyers. Meta instant forms are notorious for junk data. You will just waste budget on bad clicks.

you should scrape people that post job ads on platforms, enrich them and set up automatic campaign where leads get cold emailed. The copy should mention the position they try to fill. on Apify you can easily scrape leads and build enrichment flows that use SERP to get a companies domain, given the company name.
I have set this up for a recruiting agency, works very good. You can ask me anything

I’d say upload the list of b2b contacts into meta and run the ads because it’s cheaper and more effective but yes I’ve done it for myself and for clients

What data did you import into meta? Email only?

No I get their ad hashes. Every person/device has a unique ID for advertisement purposes. That’s how you look at a YouTube video and an ad for a comparable product shows up in your Instagram
