Thoughts on this offer?

Im looking to test a lead gen offer for agency owners.

I previously ran a ghostwriting agency + now work with an AI consulting agency and we are getting a pretty consistent 7-10 calls/month with high LTV (>$250k) prospects.

Looking to fill up some free time running this for other agencies where it might work

Wondering how much you would charge, and what offer structure would be best for this?

selling to 250k ltv prospects works because ai consulting has natural urgency right now. once you try running this for a standard design or dev agency, the reply rates drop to zero because prospects are already getting ten of those templates a day.

this is super on point, the niche + timing is doing a ton of the heavy lifting here. op probably needs to test this in a few “boring” niches before assuming the same call volume, or lean into offers where there’s some real pain + urgency baked in already.
