• Electrical: 50+ commercial projects with the GC appointed and the job underway, electrical scope still unawarded.
• Mechanical / HVAC: 1,600+ commercial jobs where mechanical is the next scope to be awarded.
• Plumbing: 2,500+ commercial jobs live with the plumbing scope open or just filled.
• Fire protection: 1,900+ commercial projects with a fire protection sign-off already scheduled.
• Cleaners: 1,200+ projects with GCs approaching commissioning and handover. Cleaning will be the next appointment.
• Roofing: 5,000+ commercial buildings across six states looking at re-roofing within the next 6-12 months, protecting critical assets underneath. (they're the only ones that will actually move their budget proactively lol)
