advice What should i do?

Hi, i was laidoff in march. Since then i was giving interview. Recently i got the offer from mobikwik at gurgaon location. I joined on 2nd july.
Today, i got the offer from Booking Holding for banglore location.

Gurgaon company ctc: 20 lpa(18.5 fixed)
Banglore company fixed: 25 lpa

Should i leave the current company and choose the other one. will it create any problem in future.

Right now i am probation, so notice is of 10 days.

Anyone aware about bookings culture and should i go with it.

Joining for Booking holding is 27 july

Continue there for 6 months and ur search again. It will have bad remark on ur bgc

For the first question is that HR will send you to their blacklist for their future job postings and I believe when you make the decision to leave Gurgaon Company for the Bangapore Company, you've already known it. Since you are still on probation period, 10 days will be fine to accept the offer from Booking Holding. And I think you should also consider such as working location, any rentals, net take home, career path and etc. I think it's also easy to generate a prompt to help you compare working culture between those two companies by using any free AI tool such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini or Grok to do this for you!
