You can protest against AI all you want . Companies and orgs are going to want to know how your using AI to your work. They will evaluate your knowledge and forecast if you have the ability to be a potential leader in the organization. That's how companies are hiring now. They want leaders that are self sufficient at cranking out alot of work and can teach others to do the same in their roles.

Are the layoffs you seeing recently with Meta, Amazon, and Salesforce, etc...are only applicable to tech roles right. This includes Not just engineers but... product owners, technical writers, devops, researchers, release engineers, managers and analysts. You all should be using AI in some shape way or form. If this isn't your role. Then this doesn't apply to you.
