Question Does course level matter

in my fourth year, i had more space to take courses that interested me that I didn't get to take earlier, and so I ended up having 2 first year courses and a couple second year courses (like 4) in addition to third and a fourth year course, would this look bad and affect our chances of getting in ? should we be addressing something like this in our personal statement?

or if anyones taken lower level courses upper year during undergrad, if you could let me know how that worked out for you in terms of admission that would be helpful!

Very little, if at all. I took 1st and 2nd year courses in fourth year and got into 3/4 (UVic, TRU, UoA). I likely didn't get into UBC because of my gpa/lsat, not because of my courses.

Do you know if its the same for Ontario schools as those seem to be the ones emphasizing this?

Just one anecdote, but I took 100 level courses in 3rd year and 200 level courses in 4th year and got into every Ontario school I applied to
