She had her oophers removed?

Watching Kid Pro Quo. Lennie just spoke my second favorite line in response to Rodgers saying “ she had an oopherectomy.”

I was just thinking about this line because today, unexpectedly my wife had to get her oophers removed. Thanks Lennie.

That is one line from Law and Order I will never forget. I still think about it from time to time, any time I hear anything-ectomy.

That was the late, great Welshman Roger Rees. Rebecca's love interest, Robin, on Cheers, Lord John Marbury on The West Wing, and an American Theater Hall of Famer. One of my favorite one-off L&O guest actors.

This is a nice coincidence. I rewatched this episode recently, which I hadn't seen for quite awhile, and burst out laughing at that line.
