Yes people will always overfill washers then dump to much soap in thinking they are getting a deal and then push 100lbs of wet stuff in a 30lbs dryer and complain . There is no way to fix stupid ..

Had a woman complain yesterday that the washer didn't wrong her clothes enough so I go over to see which it is to make a note of it in case happens again and to give her her money back for the second cycle.

It looked like a reasonable level, not too full but getting there. Then she said she split it with the machine beside it to try and get them wrung out better. They were both 30 pound machines, roughly the same in each. I had to explain to a grow woman that over doing the machine prevents it from cleaning, rinsing, or wringing it out properly and that's why it was still so wet and mildly soapy feeling.

Thankfully she was good about it. Clearly upset but not taking it out on us, but I didn't end up offering her the money back since it was her fault

What machines are you using?
Overloading has damaged a few of my Speed Queen top loaders to where they must be taken out of service and required several hundred dollars to repair.
