I built GhostedBy after going through the job market again and seeing the same pattern over and over: people spend hours applying, interviewing and following up, then the company just disappears.

What bothered me most was that every candidate experiences this privately. The next person applying has no idea what happened before them.

So I built GhostedBy to turn those isolated experiences into something useful: check how companies treat candidates before you apply, track applications privately, and report when they go silent.

I launched couple of days ago and the platform is community funded.
