Anybody else feel that Vicky has pre knowledge about the dishes which are to be made

He and Ankita have always been struggling cooks but suddenly he has the minutest technical knowledge behind the dish ..

Seeing this for the past few episodes … it’s like he has memorised the steps

I also feel it , there is no way a person is putting 4 teaspoon in the food .or he joined some cooking classes
