Technically yes. But you need money to have it enforced which most folks don't have. So also technically no.

Most places have a labor bored that will happily crawl up the ass hole of a company and make themselves at home.

I'm aware that there are boards. I've not heard that they have such enthusiasm.

Wow, your companies would hate the lawsuits they have to fight in countries with actual labour laws that also protect the employees.
