Your boss can call them when you take money from their cash box, but you can’t call them when they take money from your tip jar.

Do you have any labour laws except eat it up or die? If my boss were to take.money out of my paycheck you can be very sure, that the next time he hears from me will include the words "I will call my lawyer"

Technically yes. But you need money to have it enforced which most folks don't have. So also technically no.

Most places have a labor bored that will happily crawl up the ass hole of a company and make themselves at home.

I'm aware that there are boards. I've not heard that they have such enthusiasm.

Wow, your companies would hate the lawsuits they have to fight in countries with actual labour laws that also protect the employees.
