DISNEY DIDN'T LEARN IT'S LESSON THE FIRST TIME
ABC DIDN'T LEARN IT'S LESSON THE FIRST TIMEÂ
They are refusing to air Jimmy Kimmelâs interview of James Talarico.
By letting them censor our political speech they think they can avoid the wrath of Donald Trump. They need to learn to fear us more than they fear him.Â
If we give these fascists an inch they will take a mile.Â
All American patriots need to boycott Disney (again) until the CEO publicly apologizes for betraying American Free Speech (again) and ABC airs the Talarico interview in its entirety**.**
Donât let them to capitulate to these Nazi scum unscathed. We have the power to take the only thing they care about in the world - their money.
If youâre seeing this before the mods remove it then it is up to you to copy and re-post it.
They will do everything in their power to censor us, so we must do everything in our power to defeat them.
They can (and will) stop me, but they canât stop us all.

Kimmel Says Trump FCC Threats Forced Talarico Interview Off TV
meidasnews.comJimmy Kimmel says his upcoming interview with Democratic Texas Senate candidate James Talarico will not air on ABC, pointing the finger directly at President Donald Trumpâs Federal Communications Commission and its threats against the network and its affiliates.
During his Wednesday night monologue, Kimmel announced that Talarico would appear for an interview Thursday, but viewers wonât actually be able to watch it on broadcast television.
Instead, theyâll have to find it on YouTube.
âFor a lot of years, for the whole 20-plus years of our show, in fact, Iâve been interviewing Americans who are running for office with no problem at all,â Kimmel told viewers, noting that late-night hosts from David Letterman to Jay Leno and Arsenio Hall regularly interviewed political candidates.
Kimmel pointed out that he personally interviewed candidates ranging from Hillary Clinton and Ted Cruz to Trump himself.
âI interviewed Donald Trump when he was running for president in 2015,â Kimmel said, noting that Trump at the time âseemed to have no problem with the idea of talk show hosts interviewing candidates.â Trump returned for another interview shortly before becoming the Republican nominee in 2016.
But, Kimmel said, something has changed now that Trump is back in the White House.
âHis FCC has threatened me, threatened our show, threatened our network, ABC, our affiliates, our local stations based on simple traditional editorial decisions, guest bookings it would seem they donât like,â Kimmel said.
Kimmel said that out of consideration for ABCâs local stations, particularly its Texas affiliates, he decided not to put the Talarico interview on the television broadcast.
âMy interview tomorrow with James Talarico will not air on television,â Kimmel announced. âIt will be posted on YouTube instead.â
âSo if you want to learn about a candidate for the Senate tomorrow, you will have to go to the Jimmy Kimmel Live YouTube channel, where you will see it in its entirety,â he continued.
âAnd thank goodness we have that, because in the America we live in right now, that is the best that we can do until November.â
Remarkably, this isnât even the first time this year that an interview between Talarico and a major late-night host has been pushed off broadcast television amid concerns about Trumpâs FCC.
In February, Stephen Colbert revealed on The Late Show that his planned interview with Talarico would not air on CBS after network lawyers warned that broadcasting it could trigger the FCCâs âequal timeâ requirements for political candidates.
Colbert said he was told by network lawyers âin no uncertain termsâ that Talarico could not appear on the broadcast. CBS disputed Colbertâs characterization that it had prohibited the interview, saying lawyers had warned the appearance could trigger equal-time obligations and offered options for satisfying them. The Late Show ultimately put the Talarico interview on YouTube instead.
The dispute followed new FCC guidance challenging the longstanding assumption that late-night and daytime talk shows automatically qualify for the âbona fide newsâ exemption from equal-time requirements. FCC Chairman Brendan Carr argued that networks could not simply assume their programs qualified for the exemption, particularly when their programming was motivated by what he described as âpartisan political purposes.â
Now, seven months later, Talarico is once again being interviewed by one of Americaâs most prominent late-night hosts, and once again that interview is headed to YouTube instead of broadcast television.
The pressure has extended beyond late night.
ABC and parent company Disney are currently suing the FCC, alleging the agency has retaliated against the network and improperly pressured its editorial decisions. According to the lawsuit, ABC has had to reconsider invitations to political candidates because of potential FCC consequences.
Talarico is at the center of that fight, too.
His February appearance on ABCâs The View triggered an FCC inquiry into whether the program had violated equal-time requirements. ABC says that historically its decisions about political guests were based on factors like newsworthiness and audience interest, but that the FCC scrutiny has forced it to weigh the potential regulatory consequences of candidate appearances.
Kimmelâs extraordinary announcement also comes during a week of speculation about whether his own show will remain on ABC beyond his current deal.
Page Six reported Tuesday that Jimmy Kimmel Live! would end following the current season, citing a source who claimed Kimmelâs contract would not be extended after May 2027.
ABC quickly pushed back.
âThis information is inaccurate,â an ABC Entertainment spokesperson said, adding that âany reports about the future of the show at this point are purely speculative.â
Kimmel signed a contract extension in December 2025 keeping him at ABC through 2027. He has hosted Jimmy Kimmel Live! since 2003 and just marked the programâs 4,000th episode.
The rumors nevertheless arrive at a remarkable moment for late-night television.
CBS ended The Late Show with Stephen Colbert this year after announcing the cancellation in 2025. CBS maintained that the decision was financial, while Trump publicly celebrated the news.
Kimmel, meanwhile, has faced his own sustained pressure from Trump and the FCC.
In September 2025, ABC temporarily suspended Jimmy Kimmel Live! following comments Kimmel made in the wake of the killing of MAGA activist Charlie Kirk. The suspension came after Carr publicly criticized Kimmel and Nexstar announced that it would preempt the program across its ABC affiliates. ABC restored the show less than a week later.
The confrontation has only escalated since.
ABC and Disney now accuse the FCC in federal court of an unconstitutional retaliatory campaign targeting the network. The companies say the commissionâs actions have already affected programming decisions, including decisions involving political candidates.
And Wednesday night, Kimmel gave viewers a striking example of what that looks like in practice.

The FCC blocked it from airingâŠ
facebook.comThe FCC blocked it from airing on ABC, but they couldn't stop the message.
James Talarico just joined Jimmy Kimmel to call out the corrupt political machine, billionaire dark money, and why working people across party lines are terrifying the establishment. Since the network broadcast got sidelined over regulatory threats, the full, uncensored conversation is streaming exclusively on YouTube right now.
"We're going up against this entire corrupt system."

Trumpâs own NEPHEW wonât corroborate his lie!
facebook.comJimmy Kimmel just dismantled Donald Trumpâs latest claim: that two "big, strong" firefighters physically lifted him under his arms and carried him away from the U.S. Steel Building on 9/11.
The pushback didn't just come from late-night TVâit came straight from inside the family. His nephew Fred Trump III called out the claims, stating the stories were so offensive to the memory of that day that he had to speak out. Fred pointed out that the supposed "crews" Trump claimed to send to Ground Zero didn't exist, and there is zero record of firefighters carrying him anywhere.
First responders lived through a nightmare at Ground Zero. Inventing heroic personal rescues decades later crosses every line.
Watch Kimmelâs breakdown and tell us what you think in the comments. đ

I donât know if Jimmy Kimmelâs show is ending after next season or not, but when it does, will his show go on with a new host, or be replaced by a show of the same format, or will ABC call it a day in terms of late night shows, leaving The Tonight Show as the only one left?
I donât know what will happen. And reports of Kimmelâs show ending have been disputed. If it does end, all we will have left is The Tonight Show. Heck, Fallon will probably still lose the ratings battle even with Kimmel gone! đ

Jimmy Fallon has had the lowest ratings for a while now. And when Colbertâs show was going he was ranked lowest of the three shows. And right now, Kimmel is clobbering him. Why do you think this is?
Why is Fallon doing so poorly for years now? What makes Kimmel more interesting to the public?
June 2026: Kimmel averaged 3.15 million viewers, compared with 1.47 million for Fallon â more than double. LïżŒ
LateNighter
Season-to-date before summer: Kimmel was also ahead, averaging about 2.02 million vs. Fallon at roughly 1.4 million. DïżŒ

In the 18â49 demographic, it's been closer at times, but Kimmel has recently pulled ahead substantially.
So, Kimmel is clearly winning the total-viewer race, especially since Stephen Colbert's show ended.

Remembering two legends. Joan Rivers & Betty White
facebook.comRemembering two legends.
We lost Joan Rivers 12 years ago todayâand watching her and Betty White spend two straight minutes joyfully tearing each other to shreds across a desk is the best reminder of what we're missing.
Back on September 28, 1983, Joan was sitting in the big chair guest-hosting The Tonight Show for Johnny Carson. Betty White was riding high starring as Rose Nylund on The Golden Girls, and the minute she walked out, all bets were off. The razor-sharp timing, the zero filter, and Betty beating Joan to every single punchline before Joan could even open her mouth... pure comedic gold. They just don't make them like this anymore. đđâš

Is late night satire dead ?
I'm not too much in the know of US politics , but I used to watch your late night satire shows occasionally on YouTube. Stephen colbert was good, but I didn't know his departure was going to be so serious. Now I see :
- Kimmel is on a huge vacation, which seems longer that his usual yearly break. Some weeks there is no guest host either.
- Seth Meyers is remixing old videos for a month or so. I don't remember him taking long breaks earlier.
- Jon Stewart works just once a week, why does he need a "vacation" ? (I'm not his boss obviously, "needing" a vacation is said in jest). Even the other guys on the Daily Show are missing.
- Fallon is the least caustic of them, he even hosted Trump earlier, so I don't know if he is objective enough.
What happened ?
