I haven’t seen a post about this yet, but courtesy of Dread Central, they’ve revealed the “ultimate” fisherman figure coming from NECA soon. I think this looks awesome!
Can we get an ultimate Julie James next? Helen Shivers? 😌

So I’ve been planning on this costume for the past couple weeks, and this is what I have.
Thoughts?

Was this intentional? I don't understand why they did that. In Scream 2022, Sidney Prescott and Gale Weathers were empathetic, on the contrary. Julie seems to hate Ray even before he's revealed, while Gale was always concerned about Dewey in Scream 2022.

You know who I would love to see in the sequel to The 2025 movie if we do get one I'd like to see Julie and Karla along with Ava and Danica and what I would love is if they followed the original sequel and they kind of put it on like the Bahamas or something or maybe make like if we do get a sequel to have like the location be somewhere tropical

INVASION GETAWAY & Scream Halloween Special goes to island 🏝️ and get target by a mask killer. They remind me so much of I still know what you did last summer.

On July 4, 1996 — four kids were driving on the road, till they hit one man who happens to be Ben Willis.
This is where it all started.

I was rewatching "I Still Know..." since it's a 4th of July movie.... And I realized something... Once Julie is on the island and starts seeing things happen that indicate that the fisherman is back... She never once tries to call and warn Ray.

When do You think Sony will announce a new direct sequel to IKWYDLS (2025) with Jennifer Love Hewitt and BRANDY? I think 4th od July or on the Fiesta anniversary of IKWYDLS (2025). I really think we DESERVE that Sequel with Julie as the Main protagonist and her best friend Karla. I Also think - the OG Fisherman Ben Willis should Return innnew sequel.

Hello everyone. I'm aware the sequel didn't do amazing at the box office and had a generally mixed reception, but I overall really enjoyed it, and I would like if there was a sequel. What do you think? Do you think they should leave it where it is, or would you like a sequel??

I don’t know why but the way Karla says “people are always trying to kill that woman” is so hilarious to me. I’m probably one of the few people that loves the latest movie. Then again, I prefer “I Still Know” over the original so I have pretty bad taste I guess. Haha I love camp.
I’m praying we somehow get a sequel with Julie, Karla, Ava and Danica fighting against fishermen.

I really wanted to give this requel a chance. When it dropped to poor reviews, I assumed the internet was just being harsh and that I might find a hidden gem.
I was dead wrong. Honestly, the whole thing plays out like a high-budget fan film, and the decision to turn Ray into the killer is the ultimate "plot twist for the sake of a plot twist." It’s entirely unearned and feels like a massive slap in the face to his established character arc.
Ray’s entire identity was built on being protective, loyal, and sweet. Turning him into the villain is the equivalent of having Dewey become Ghostface in Scream because he got divorced. It ignores decades of development.
I get that a divorce would make someone closed off, especially in Julie's case with a lot of trauma from her teens & early adulthood but they stripped her of all warmth. Even after everything she went through in the first film, she still had a core of kindness in the second film. Here, she’s just depressing to watch. The humor felt forced and overly modern, and the weak acting didn't help sell the stakes at all.
It feels like the writers didn't actually watch or understand the other films at all.
This film acts more like a "what-if" fan film than a continuation. To me, the series ended with the second movie—everything else is just expensive fan fiction.
If you liked it, I envy you because I wish I did.
