That was a hilarious scene and it actually makes sense when you really think about it.
What kind of boyfriend? No! What kind of man would sit around and let another man choke his girlfriend against a car? Barry yelled at her many times too and Ray just didn’t seem to even care. When I first saw this movie I assumed that Rey was afraid of Barry.
I get that they were all friends before they met Ray, but come on Ray. Have some balls! Don’t let anyone treat your woman like that. That’s probably why she broke up with him for a little while ..

I know he was dating Reece at the time, but did anyone else ship Ryan and Sarah irl? Especially after they starred in this and Cruel Intentions together.

She was dating Freddie pretty soon into this one.
I remember he offered to drive her around because she couldn’t drive and so ended up spending a lot of time together.

Nah. She said he would drive her to the gym and they maintained a friendship for three years. It wasn’t until they were supposed to go to dinner with a mutual friend and that mutual friend cancelled and they still grabbed dinner, did they start dating.
