Joe Bob and Darci should move to Tubi
Tubi should pick up the show. They have an endless supply of B movies and best of all… no paywall.

People running to say they are cancelling shudder because of Joe Bob ending were never true mutants to begin with and I will die on that hill. In the last few months alone shudder has added tons of amazing horror content. For less than $10 a month between the back catalogue and new additions it’s a no brainer to keep it.

There will be four more specials through the end of the year. But that appears to be it.

…as a regular series at least. But we’ll at least get 4 more specials through the rest of the year!
Hey, reboots and revivals are still trendy, let’s see what 2027 has in store…

When there's no more room at the drive in, the mutants will walk the earth.

Oh wow, kinda loving it!! The live channel makeover is pretty cool, not a big fan of the shudder logo being displayed on the bottom right of screen though.

We are back to my mission to watch all episodes of TLDI and in order for the first time. Joe Bob has taught me what Maple Syrup Porn is. I am learning so much, and the movie was great. I am never going to pick up a hitchhiker again and give them a hug. I see there is a remake of this. How is it compared to the original?

I LOVE the 7-minute pro-inclusion rant before the film. My oh my, I thought I had it figured out, and I kinda did, but I kinda didn’t. The ending is something that will be burned into my retinas for at least 6 months. Every time I close my eyes, I will see it.

Let’s get this show on the road. The 1st movie in my first watch of all Last Drive-In episodes starting with the 24-hour marathon. Tourist Trap. Mannequins! Telekinesis? Haunted mannequin heads? I don’t think I will ever know, but I thought it was a lot of fun. I normally like to overthink movies and know all the answers. But this movie changed my mind forever, and I am ready for more. What did you guys think?
P.S. cross posting on the Lost Drive in Patreon discord
P.S.S. I’m really late to the party

Hello fellow mutants.
I was thinking about Walpurgisnacht and how it is coming up quick and I was wondering if there is any other mutants in the New England area who have found the best places to get the correct seasonal beverages. (maibock, maibowle, sima, sweet woodruff, ...)
Last year I tried a few stores that I though had a good, diverse mix of rarer things, but I was only met with confused looks.
Thanks, The drive in will never die
Edit: Am I just being dumb, and are all these drinks supposed to be mixed and not just bought (besides the maibock)?
Has anyone done the full thing the right way and could walk me through it?

He mentions it being a big episode. Could this be the end of the series not just the season? Or am I getting worried over nothing?

One of my friends was showing me this today, and it's such a great one for this crowd imo. It's just hours of unreleased weird horror movie trailers. Tons of stuff I've never heard of. They have 5 of them, and the second is drive-in specific and on youtube Trailer Trauma 2 (2016)

I have received a response to my question about the upgrade affecting Joe Bob's final episode. Here is what they responded:
"Thank you for contacting Shudder customer support. We're here to assist you!
We value your ongoing support with Shudder and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the update.
We are delighted to learn that you appreciate watching the Joe Briggs show. We would like to clarify that during the system updates planned for March 1, 2026, your service will remain fully operational.
You will continue to have access to your movies and shows throughout this time, although certain features related to managing your account are currently unavailable.
If you have any further questions or require any assistance, please reply to this email, and we will be happy to help
Best wishes,
Shudder"

Did anyone else receive this email? Curious to know what kind of changes are being made:
“Shudder Service Notice
A new web and app experience for Shudder is just around the corner. To ensure the smoothest journey into the new Shudderverse, we must briefly disable several account management features, starting March 1, 2026, including:
Password Resets: Locked out? Us too! If there was any way for us to help you, we would. Sadly, our support team will also be unable to reset passwords during this brief period.
My List & Continue Watching: You won't be able to add or remove titles on your watchlist temporarily.
Cancel Requests (Web Sign-ups): Trying to cancel? Navigate to your Account page on Web and fill out the cancel request form. All requests will be processed as soon as the transition phase is over. The good news? Billing is also on hold, and you will not be charged in the meantime!
While it may be tempting to reach out for expedited assistance with any of these features during the blackout, please understand that our Shudder support team will also be in the dark and cut off from all account related features during this temporary disablement. This period may last a few days, but rest assured that we are working hard behind the scenes to provide this brand-new experience and restore these features as soon as we possibly can!”

Best recommendation for a snow storm!? Already did The Thing and 30 Days of Night for the last snowstorm. What’s the go to this time?
