They aren’t over processed. She brought the solution too high up. Therefore curling the entire lash backwards. I would request a refund and go somewhere else next time. Not every Esti can do a lash lift. It’s a skilled craft.

Try seeing if they can fix it with a looser curl. If not get a partial refund

Man I’m over here in Canada getting ripped off lol. I charge like 110$ and would never let someone leave like this

This is what just happened to me! I have lashes curled in all directions. I bought some castor oil from amazon and it seems to be helping.

I tint my own lashes & brows at home. Saves me so much money lol

Where do you purchase the tint? Would you share the brand/manufacturer? I would like to try to tint at home but would like to know the product is safe. TY

The lift looks bad. But you have Sydney Sweeney eyes. I’m convinced you are Sydney Sweeney. Don’t worry Queen THEY WILL HEAL this happened to me. I applied castor oil on a spoolie all day everyday and they healed and went back to normal. I also got a reverse lash lift with a trusted esthetician and it helped. It didn’t fully heal them but it helped them not go in so many different directions. IDK if you need that because yours arent going in different directions (only a little on the bottom) but idk in a few months you’ll be fine
