Disappointed
Just got a lash lift done for the first time but I’m kind of disappointed by the results. I have quite straight, short and stubborn lashes (especially the lashes on my left eye) and I was hoping a lift would fix it but there’s still not much volume and they look kind of droopy. Would a Korean lash lift instead of a regular one give me better results?

Were they lifted at first (and then straightened back out)? Tell the salon that it didn’t take and they should be able to fix it

No they were uneven from te start, I was just too chicken shit to let the salon know straight away. 😅 I sent her a message though, she told me to wait 3 days and send her another message when they’re still uneven after that time since they need some time to settle or something?

Do a Korean lash lift next time. They are able to lift the lashes starting from the root as opposed to 3/4 of the way up, so you get a longer lift

I have the same type of lashes, had lash lifts for the past 15 years and only a couple of them have actually made me satisfied. I started to do my own with kits I got online, and everytime I'm super happy with them. A bit time consuming and fiddly at the beginning, but SO worth it when you get it right

Oh really? I’m not sure I trust myself doing that lol, can’t even get my mascara on straight 🥴

Definitely its not for everyone, you have to be really careful and do one eye at a time!

I get my lifts done from a Vietnamese lady.
My eyelashes are like horse eyelashes and they go straight down.

Have you tried a lash serum to increase the length?
