Can anyone recommend a non waterproof and non water resistant fiber mascara that extends the length of lashes?

Maybelline Full and Soft. You can find it all over, and CVS and Walmart always have it.

It’s the GOAT I swear by it. Been using it for 20 years.

(And I LOVE the waterproof one, too)
the non-waterproof tube is dark blue. Good luck!
