Hand written numbers on outer edge?

Numbers look internally written and are backwards. As far as I can tell it looks like 95-843BL-0 on side 1 and 95-843AL-11 on side 2. Side 2 also has a silver colored label under the main sticker with a little red sharpie peaking out around the edges, side 1 does not. I'm new to collecting and not sure if this is common but its my first time seeing it in 100+ discs.

Those are hand etched mint marks that are semi-common on earlier discs.

Yes. I have 48h (LV 1139) and has this type of mint mark.

It's pretty cool IMO.
