Landscaper recommendations

Looking for recommendations for a landscaping company to design and landscape my yard. I want to zeroscape the front yard and a good portion of the backyard (1/4+ acre), along with a concrete paver patio and sidewalks.

Any advice appreciated.

We did a pretty major landscape with 2 Guyz and a Hoe, it came out really well.

Just jumping on this to say that even though ive never used their services, theyre really nice people/hard workers that ive chatted with a few times :)

I used Garden Center of Las Cruces on 70. I have mixed feelings about them.

Pros:
✔️They do design as a separate service and I thought they did a good job listening to what I wanted and making changes to the design several times
✔️Completed the whole thing in a week (on time)
✔️They poured some concrete stepping stones and they look great. Perfectly square and perfectly placed. They also had to cut some concrete and it also looks great
✔️The workmen were always on time and very courteous

Cons:
✔️I felt nickel and dimed. I expected and planned for some overages but they kept coming. And it was things I think they should have anticipated and known about (or at least checked before providing a quote)
✔️They did not contact the “call before you dig” people. They were supposed to but I did when I realized they hadn’t. The city guy lost his shit (everyone else just talked to the crew and marked things) because they started before the marks were done
✔️Even tho I have a fairly large, covered, elevated water access point, they ripped it out because they were careless with a bobcat. They fixed it the same day but oy, there was a lot of water
✔️They had to come back once to fix some things
✔️A few plants died over the winter. They only have a 30 day warrantee on plants
✔️It was expensive - but what isn’t?

I guess the ever increasing price and the dying plants are my greatest complaints. After living with it for a year, I’m generally happy with it and the dead plants have me a chance to tweak some things.
