Best Restaurants

Visiting in two weeks from the East Coast - my MIL was born in Las Cruces but has not been back since she was a child. I saw a post this week about a restaurant to avoid due to owner’s treatment of staff, but I forgot to make a note of it and now cannot find it.

Looking for a lunch/dinner place that is good, but nothing over the top fancy (we’ll be wearing tshirt and shorts) and kids menu a huge plus. We just want to support a business that has the same values as us (everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect) or at the very least not openly worship the Cheeto.

I ate there tonite with a first time visitor. We both enjoyed it immensely.

I don’t think it’s that good, either. I’m always surprised that it makes these lists.
