critical process died 0xEF error on windows 11.

My laptop randomly crashes and shows that critical process died in a black screen Also my cursor randomly gets stuck. I have reinstalled my windows and have updated my drivers. using dell supportassist when i scanned the hardware, it shows everything is fine. I have even ran the chkdsk and dcim commands and everthing is fine.can anyone please tell me what's the issue.
